OPERATION 261

Having a record makes finding employment opportunities difficult. Operation 261 is designed to promote the development of independent, self-confident individuals, and re-integrate those who offend, to an all-inclusive society.  In the spirit of justice the program also assists those still incarcerated with information needed to successfully navigate their release hearings.

The plan: preventing recidivism, and increasing awareness for living a mindful, positive, productive, and uplifting life as a successful entrepreneur. The project delivers on its plan by operating an 9-month personal and professional development course, providing participants with invaluable knowledge to start their own business integrated with the use of smart technology and the blockchain. Projects can also use their own program crowdfunding wallet to accept FJUST token (used solely for start up costs until program completion), opening doors to investors across the globe! 

For every $1 donated to recidivism programs $4 is saved on reincarceration costs.

Phase I: Relationships, Teamwork, Diplomacy and Tact

The first TWO months of the program is an intentional, prosocial approach that builds leadership strengths and the ability to treat others fairly, regardless of personal biases or beliefs.

Phase II: Intuition, Harmony, Duty

The next SIX months of the program provides the foundational building blocks of a owning a business helping participants shorten their path to enjoying the fruits and successes life has to offer.

Phase III: Self Determination

Lastly, the course dedicates ONE month to self-realization and rewards the participants for their accomplishments.

("Links2Change") offers a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which men can recover from alcohol / drug addiction or serve the remainder of their probation term in a positive community environment. The organization was founded by Steve and Sheila.

This loving couple believes everyone deserves the best care and treatment. While it is never required, many of their residents remain in treatment for a minimum 28-days allowing the opportunity to become detoxed fully prior to release.

Their dedicated team possesses years of experience working at top tier rehabilitation centers, providing residents the highest level of care. Each successful graduate is given the opportunity to join Operation 261 and learn how smart contracts can be the catalyst they need for building a stable future.  The group presently needs assistance with operating costs and funds needed to maintain compliance with local and state regulations.

But sometimes fighting back leads to legal consequences creating financial barriers, such as having to leave their jobs or being prevented from accessing financial resources. 

Our program participant has faced all the above and more but continue to fight daily to enjoy the blessing life has provided. He connected with Fallen Justice in 2020, with a passion for success. In 2018 he founded Mossman as a way to follow his dream of being an entrepreneur. Mossman currently offers healthy life style meal choices in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Houston.

The vision, to begin using smart contracts for his entire supply chain. Customers will use blockchain technology for services rendered creating an eternal record of all products and services offered.
