Hours of Operation:
  • Monday to Friday: 5:00am - 7:00pm (PT)
  • Saturday: 6:00am - 5:00pm (PT)
  • Sunday: 8:00am - 4:30pm (PT)​ ​

Types of Vehicles Accepted:
All vehicles considered, including cars, trucks, trailers, boats, RVs, motorcycles, campers, off-road vehicles, planes, heavy equipment, farm machinery, and most other motorized vehicles. 
Donating Non-Running Vehicles: Non-running vehicles are accepted if they are in one piece, towable, have an engine, and are tow truck accessible.

Paperwork Needed:
A current and clear title with any lien holder released.


Costs:
No cost to the donor; expenses are deducted from the sale price, covered by the vehicle donation program. 


Scheduling Pick-Up:
Pick-up window provided by towing/vendor company based on donor needs and geographic factors.


​Timeline:
Sale process takes approximately four to 12 weeks, with funds sent to the nonprofit within five business days of sale proceeds receipt.


Availability in All 50 States:
Yes, convenient pick-up available in all 50 states, with certain service radius limitations in Alaska and Hawaii.


​Accessibility for Safe Towing:
Accessible vehicles are typically parked in open areas without obstructions, with all four tires inflated. The tow operators cannot access difficult areas or underground structures.

TAXES FAQ's



​​Vehicle donations are tax-deductible; consult your tax advisor or IRS Publication 4303 for specifics. Tax deduction value determined based on sale value, up to fair market value, per IRS Guidelines. For donations under $500, claim fair market value or $500 with written acknowledgment.

Donation Receipts:
Initial receipt given at pick-up with vehicle details.
Thank-you letter mailed within 30 days of sale.
