Help Fundraise and Earn FJUST Swag!
The individual or team that raises the most funds will receive our GOOD VIBES trophy donated by Total Awards & Promotions, Inc. As a fundraiser team captain, some of your responsibilities will include:
Setting goals: As a captain, you will need to work with your team to establish realistic fundraising goals that align with the organization's objectives. Create a plan: Once you have set your goals, you will need to develop a fundraising plan to achieve them. This may involve coordinating with other team members to create fundraising events, reaching out to potential donors, and utilizing social media to promote your cause. Motivating your team: A team captain's role is to inspire and motivate their team members to achieve their fundraising goals. This may involve creating a positive team culture, offering incentives, and recognizing individual achievements. Managing finances: As the captain, you will be responsible for managing the team's finances, including donations and expenses. Reporting progress: You will need to report regularly to your team and organization on your progress towards your fundraising goals. Overall, being a fundraiser team captain requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. With dedication and effort, you can inspire your team to achieve great things and make a real difference for the cause you are supporting.
